Pressing machine finally arrived

With a few months delay due to COVID-19 our pressing machine finally arrived.  The Newbilt machine is currently being installed by the technicians as you can see in the video below.

‚Pressly‘, how we call the machine lovingly, will be equipped with the HD Vinyl mold we developed last year and will be operational within the next few weeks. The main focus lies now on finding the ideal parameters for pressing HD Vinyl and testing different vinyl compounds. As soon as the pressing process is ready, we will conduct endurance tests for the stamper. Later we plan to use ‚Pressly“ for quality testing.
